HAAS Alert, the operator of V2X digital alerting platform Safety Cloud, and AiDEN Auto, the developer of a white label, bi-directional connected services hub powered by Android Automotive, will showcase a new collaboration at the Connected Vehicle Systems Alliance (COVESA) All Member Meeting in Gothenburg, Sweden next week.

At the event, the companies will demonstrate Safety Cloud digital alerts across several AiDEN-enabled passenger and commercial vehicles. These demonstrations will include live, on-road, demo drives that showcase the real-time connected vehicle experiences enabled through Android Automotive OS, Google’s proprietary vehicle operating system.

This integrated solution, working between AiDEN’s Services Hub and HAAS Alert’s Safety Cloud, accelerates the adoption of Euro NCAP safety use cases at a significantly reduced cost. The Safety Cloud digital alerts at the core of the collaboration similarly enhance safety and situational awareness by delivering real-time notifications to drivers when they are approaching roadway events, requiring them to slow down and move over.

For HAAS Alert, the collaboration will support its mission to develop safety-focused mobility solutions for vehicles and roads. Through these solutions, it is pursuing a connected, collision-free world where everyone gets home safely. In achieving this goal, it develops systems that deliver digital alerts from emergency response, municipal and private fleets, work zones, and connected infrastructure to nearby drivers through its vehicle communication platform. More broadly, its Services Hub enables OEMs to deliver personalized in-vehicle experiences to customers and fleet owners, including connected safety services like Safety Cloud, with full GDPR compliance.
