The Bosch Group has started an expansion of its Engineering Center campus in Budapest. The leading global provider of technologies and services will complete the new section of the campus in two phases on an area of 90,000 square meters. Bosch will invest 120 million euros in the first phase, which is planned for completion by 2021. It will provide space for 1,800 associates.

The first phase of the campus expansion will include the main building with creative spaces, a conference hall, a large vehicle workshop and a canteen as well as laboratories with a special chamber for testing whole vehicles. Another key element will be a 10,000 square meter proving ground for testing ultrasonic-, radar- and camera-based driver assistance systems.
