HAAS Alert, a developer of connected vehicle and V2X safety technologies, has announced a new partnership with Cavnue, a company developing intelligent infrastructure for connected and automated transportation. Together, the companies are aiming to leverage their shared technological experiences to improve driver awareness, enhance road safety, and showcase the exciting future of smart roads.

Through their collaboration, Cavnue’s advanced digital and physical infrastructure will be connected to HAAS Alert’s Safety Cloud, the developer’s connected vehicle platform. By integrating its infrastructure with Safety Cloud, Cavnue is aiming to strengthen road safety today, while more broadly laying the groundwork for the future of smarter, automated, and connected mobility.

Upon Cavnue’s infrastructure detecting hazards and safety incidents on the road, Safety Cloud will deliver notifications to approaching drivers from inside their vehicles, allowing them to quickly react and reduce crash risks. HAAS Alert highlighted that its Safety Cloud alerts are offered today in Jeep, Dodge, RAM, Chrysler, and Volkswagen vehicles, and within navigation apps such as Waze to ensure broad reach and immediate impact.

The companies plan to demonstrate their collaborative integration together in summer 2025, with more information to come in due course.
